Jacinthe Bergevin, MSOD

From the community sector to the upper reaches of the corporate world, Jacinthe boasts rich and unique experience, fueled by her passion for people and organizations. She learned the meaning of community, generosity and integrity at her first job as leadership trainer at the Fédération des élèves du secondaire franco-ontarien [Federation of Franco-Ontarian High School Students].

A life-long learner, Jacinthe is constantly seeking ways to improve and finds great satisfaction in crafting the optimal approach in a given situation.

Jacinthe knows how to go to the heart of things and simplify complex matters.

She draws on her creativity and diligence to propose innovative avenues that are adapted to her clients’ needs.

Professional Background

Jacinthe Bergevin brings more than 35 years of experience serving organizations from the private and public sectors as well as from the non-profit sector across Canada. She has taken part in large project teams where she was responsible for the implementation of change strategies. Her former employers include companies such as Deloitte & Touche and Domtar.

Training

Jacinthe Bergevin holds a Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) from the Pepperdine University School of Business and Management in California, and a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of Ottawa (honours in recreology, minor in psychology).

In addition to her academic training, Jacinthe prioritizes continuing education, which is at the heart of her professional approach. Her openness and curiosity have taken her all over the world, both for fun and for training. This brought her to develop an international perspective of management and organizational development.
