Professional Background
Sonia holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Ottawa and has more than 20 years’ experience in the corporate world. She began her career in human resources out of a desire to help employees improve their performance. Being an entrepreneur at heart, Sonia then launched her own business providing SMEs with human resources support. Sonia eventually discovered the world of operational excellence and earned her Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. She uses this knowledge to guide her clients through the process of implementing a culture of continuous improvement.
Her path led her to service design, an expertise she has been developing since 2015. Sonia has integrated this approach into her arsenal of skills, which includes design thinking, appreciative inquiry, change management, organizational transformation and a passion for operational excellence. Sonia stays current on the latest trends in service design and organizational development, and actively pursues professional development opportunities so she can offer the very best to her clients.
